1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this agreement:

1.1 Core Definitions

• "jili47," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the online gaming platform operating under the domain jili47.cam, duly licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to provide online gaming services within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Player," "You," "Your," "User" refers to any individual person who registers an account, accesses the platform, deposits funds, or participates in any gaming activities offered through jili47.cam, provided such individual meets all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2 of these Terms.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which all deposits, withdrawals, gaming activity, bonus claims, and communications with jili47 are conducted and recorded.
• "Platform" or "Website" refers collectively to the jili47.cam domain, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, downloadable applications (if any), and any other digital channels through which jili47 gaming services are accessed by Players.
• "Gaming Services" encompasses all forms of online gambling, gaming, and betting activities made available through the Platform, including but not limited to slot machines, live dealer casino games, virtual table games, sports betting, bingo, keno, lottery-style games, and any other gaming products that may be introduced from time to time.
• "Real Money" refers to Philippine Pesos (PHP) or other currencies accepted by jili47 that Players deposit into their Accounts for the purpose of placing wagers and participating in Gaming Services, as distinguished from bonus credits, promotional funds, or free play credits.
• "Bonus" or "Promotion" means any promotional offer, welcome package, reload bonus, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, or other incentive provided by jili47 to Players, whether automatically credited or requiring opt-in, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements detailed in promotional terms accompanying each offer.

1.2 Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) references to the singular include the plural and vice versa; (b) references to one gender include all genders; (c) headings and subheadings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation; (d) references to "including" shall be construed as "including without limitation"; (e) references to statutory provisions include those provisions as amended, extended, or re-enacted from time to time; and (f) where any provision refers to Philippine law or regulatory requirements, such references shall be deemed to include amendments, replacements, or successor regulations.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

Participation in jili47 Gaming Services is strictly restricted to individuals who: (a) have attained the age of twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of registration, as mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR licensing conditions; (b) possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law, meaning they are not minors, legally incapacitated persons, or individuals subject to guardianship or conservatorship; (c) are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order; and (d) are acting on their own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Our Gaming Services are intended exclusively for Players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform and placing wagers. Players are prohibited from: (a) using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other technological means to disguise their actual geographic location; (b) accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law; (c) sharing accounts with individuals located outside the Philippines; or (d) facilitating access to jili47 Gaming Services for persons located in restricted territories. We reserve the right to employ geolocation verification technologies to confirm Player locations and may void wagers, confiscate winnings, and terminate Accounts found to be in violation of geographic restrictions.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To create a jili47 Account, prospective Players must: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address as requested in the registration form; (b) create a unique username and secure password meeting minimum security requirements; (c) acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies; (d) consent to age verification procedures and identity confirmation processes; and (e) confirm they are not registering on behalf of another person or entity. False, misleading, or fraudulent information provided during registration constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

2.4 Account Verification Requirements

Within thirty (30) days of registration or before processing any withdrawal request exceeding PHP 5,000, whichever occurs first, Players must complete identity verification by submitting: (a) clear, legible copies of government-issued identification documents such as Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or other valid photo identification showing full name, date of birth, and photo; (b) proof of residential address through recent utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence dated within the past three (3) months; and (c) any additional documentation requested by jili47 to comply with anti-money laundering regulations, PAGCOR requirements, or fraud prevention protocols. Failure to complete verification within required timeframes may result in temporary Account suspension, withdrawal processing delays, or permanent Account closure at jili47's sole discretion.

2.5 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with jili47. The creation or operation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or different names, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and shall result in: (a) immediate closure of all duplicate Accounts; (b) forfeiture of all funds, bonuses, and winnings across all Accounts; (c) cancellation of pending withdrawals; and (d) permanent exclusion from future participation in jili47 Gaming Services. For purposes of detecting duplicate Accounts, jili47 employs sophisticated verification systems analyzing personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Payment Methods

jili47 accepts deposits through various payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, direct bank transfers from major Philippine banking institutions (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), over-the-counter cash deposits through authorized payment centers (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier), and such other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. Players acknowledge that: (a) all deposits must originate from payment sources legitimately owned by and registered to the Player; (b) third-party deposits are strictly prohibited; (c) jili47 reserves the right to refuse deposits from payment sources suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; and (d) payment processing times vary by method and may be subject to delays beyond jili47's control.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Deposit transactions are subject to the following limits unless otherwise specified: (a) minimum deposit amount of PHP 100 per transaction; (b) maximum deposit amounts varying by payment method, ranging from PHP 50,000 to PHP 500,000 per transaction; (c) daily cumulative deposit limits determined by Player verification level and Account history; and (d) special limits applicable during promotional periods or for VIP Players. jili47 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice, though such adjustments shall not affect transactions already in progress at the time of limit changes.

3.3 Deposit Processing and Fees

Electronic deposits via GCash and PayMaya typically reflect in Player Accounts within seconds to minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers may require two (2) to four (4) hours during banking hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time, excluding holidays) and up to twenty-four (24) hours for transfers initiated outside banking hours or on weekends. Over-the-counter deposits generally process within one (1) to two (2) hours of payment confirmation. jili47 does not impose deposit fees; however, Players remain responsible for any fees charged by their payment providers, banks, or intermediary financial institutions.

3.4 Deposit Errors and Chargebacks

Players who believe a deposit error has occurred must contact jili47 Customer Support immediately with transaction details including payment reference numbers, amounts, timestamps, and proof of payment. Investigations typically conclude within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Players are strictly prohibited from: (a) initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests through banks or payment providers without first attempting resolution through jili47 Customer Support; (b) making false or fraudulent chargeback claims; or (c) disputing legitimate transactions after funds have been used for gaming. Violation of chargeback policies results in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances, pursuit of legal remedies to recover disputed amounts, and potential reporting to anti-fraud databases shared across the gaming industry.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Players may request withdrawals of Account balances exceeding minimum thresholds provided that: (a) Account verification has been completed and approved; (b) all bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied; (c) no active investigations or disputes affect the Account; (d) withdrawal requests utilize the same payment method as the most recent deposit (or an approved alternative if the original method is unavailable); and (e) the requested amount does not exceed available withdrawable balance after accounting for pending bets, bonus restrictions, and active wagering requirements.

4.2 Processing Times and Limits

Withdrawal requests undergo security review before processing, typically completing within: (a) one (1) to six (6) hours for GCash and PayMaya transfers during business hours; (b) twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours for bank transfers; and (c) up to seventy-two (72) hours for first-time withdrawals requiring enhanced verification. 4.3 Withdrawal Fees and Conditions

Subsequent withdrawals within the same month incur a PHP 100 processing fee deducted from the withdrawal amount. jili47 reserves the right to: (a) request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals; (b) decline withdrawal requests that fail to meet these Terms; (c) reverse withdrawals credited in error; (d) apply mandatory wagering requirements to deposits not used for gaming before withdrawal requests; and (e) close Accounts engaging in deposit/withdrawal cycling patterns suggesting money laundering or bonus abuse.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations, jili47 implements strict controls including: (a) enhanced due diligence for large transactions exceeding PHP 500,000; (b) transaction monitoring for suspicious patterns; (c) mandatory reporting of covered transactions to relevant authorities; (d) retention of transaction records for seven (7) years; and (e) cooperation with law enforcement investigations. Players must be able to demonstrate legitimate sources of funds used for gaming activities if requested during compliance reviews.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers are subject to specific eligibility criteria which may include: (a) minimum deposit amounts; (b) payment method restrictions; (c) game type limitations; (d) time-limited activation periods; (e) one-time use per Player, household, IP address, or device; and (f) geographic restrictions. Players must opt-in to receive certain promotions and acknowledge that: (i) bonuses are discretionary privileges, not entitlements; (ii) jili47 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel bonuses at any time; and (iii) bonus abuse or violation of promotional terms results in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotional terms, all bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 25x to 35x the bonus amount) before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type: (a) slots typically contribute 100% of wagers toward requirements; (b) live casino games may contribute 10-20%; (c) certain game categories may contribute 0% and be restricted during active bonuses. Incomplete wagering requirements must be satisfied within specified validity periods (typically 30 days) or forfeit unused bonus balances. 5.3 Bonus Terms Modifications

jili47 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer without prior notice due to technical issues, suspected abuse, regulatory requirements, or business decisions. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect Players who have already qualified and met applicable conditions, but will apply to future activations. Promotional disputes shall be resolved by jili47 management whose decisions are final and binding.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play Obligations

Players agree to: (a) comply with the specific rules and regulations of each game; (b) refrain from cheating, collusion, or any form of fraudulent behavior; (c) not use automated betting software, bots, or third-party tools that provide unfair advantages; (d) not exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain; (e) not engage in chip dumping, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other forms of advantage play prohibited by these Terms; and (f) not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or algorithms underlying our gaming systems.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical malfunctions, including but not limited to software errors, communication failures, hardware problems, or data corruption that affect game outcomes or Account balances: (a) all affected gameplay shall be void; (b) bets shall be refunded to Player Accounts; (c) erroneous credits shall be reversed; and (d) jili47's liability is strictly limited to returning affected stakes. jili47 bears no responsibility for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, Player device failures, third-party payment processor problems, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms: (a) money laundering or using jili47 Gaming Services to transfer funds between parties; (b) creating multiple Accounts or sharing Accounts with others; (c) underage gambling or allowing minors access to your Account; (d) collusion with other Players or third parties to gain unfair advantages; (e) offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward staff or other Players; (f) posting or transmitting illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate content through platform communications; and (g) any activity that jeopardizes platform security, integrity, or reputation.

7. Responsible Gaming and Problem Gambling

7.1 Player Responsibility

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and should only be undertaken with funds they can afford to lose. jili47 promotes responsible gaming through: (a) mandatory age verification preventing underage participation; (b) deposit limit tools allowing daily, weekly, or monthly spending caps; (c) session time reminders and reality checks; (d) self-exclusion options ranging from temporary cooling-off periods to permanent Account closures; (e) direct links to professional gambling addiction support resources including the National Center for Mental Health Crisis Hotline (02-8531-9001); and (f) staff training to recognize and respond to problem gambling indicators.

7.2 Self-Exclusion Procedures

Players may request self-exclusion for minimum periods of six (6) months, one (1) year, five (5) years, or permanent exclusion by contacting Customer Support with written confirmation of intent. During self-exclusion: (a) Accounts are frozen and inaccessible; (b) all marketing communications cease; (c) any pending bonuses are forfeited; (d) no early reinstatement is permitted; and (e) requests to create new Accounts are automatically rejected. Third-party exclusion requests from family members or legal guardians will be honored upon submission of appropriate evidence demonstrating authority to act on the Player's behalf.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the jili47 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, design elements, user interfaces, content, and compilations thereof, are owned by or licensed to jili47. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works based on jili47 intellectual property constitutes infringement and violates applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law: (a) jili47's total liability to any Player for all claims arising from or related to Gaming Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by that Player during the six (6) months preceding the claim; (b) jili47 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption; (c) the Platform and all Gaming Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied; (d) jili47 does not warrant that Gaming Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components; and (e) Players assume all risks associated with gambling including the possibility of losing money. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or matters that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, Player Accounts, or Gaming Services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations with jili47 Customer Support. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to PAGCOR for official mediation and determination in accordance with regulatory complaint procedures. As a final resort, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Metro Manila under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., with judgment upon arbitration awards enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Players irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and waive any objection to venue or forum non conveniens.

11. Amendments and Updates

jili47 reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in: (a) regulatory requirements imposed by PAGCOR or other Philippine authorities; (b) payment processing capabilities or limitations; (c) gaming products and services offered; (d) security protocols and fraud prevention measures; or (e) operational policies and business practices. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email, Platform notifications, or prominent website postings at least fourteen (14) days prior to taking effect. Continued use of Gaming Services following the effective date of amendments constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. Players who do not agree with amendments may close their Accounts and withdraw remaining balances (subject to standard withdrawal procedures) but forfeit rights to future participation in jili47 Gaming Services.
